利用基因工程育种提高马铃薯晚疫病抗性的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 位列世界第三大粮食作物的马铃薯,晚疫病是其生长发育中的致命病害,每年因晚疫病造成巨大的损失,培育具晚疫病抗性品种成为当今马铃薯育种的头等任务。利用基因工程技术进行马铃薯晚疫病抗性研究则是当前世界针对此病采取的较为先进且绿色环保的技术,可以更加有效地提高马铃薯的产量。为了促进马铃薯抗晚疫病育种进展,本综述总结了马铃薯的致病机理及利用基因工程技术转抗病基因,转蛋白基因,转无毒基因和基因编辑技术,来提高马铃薯的晚疫病抗性,必将使晚疫病的防治能力大为提高。利用这些先进的技术进行育种,其前景十分广阔但也同时面临着许多问题与挑战。 Late blight is the fatal disease in the growth and development of potato, which ranks the third as the food crop in the world. Due to the great loss caused by late blight every year, breeding late blight resistant varieties has become the top priority of potato breeding. Using genetic engineering technology to study the resistance of potato to late blight is a more advanced and environmentally friendly technology adopted in the world, which can increase the yield of potato more effectively. In order to promote the development of potato resistance to late blight, this review summarized the pathogenesis of potato and the use of genetic engineering technology to transfer disease genes, transprotein genes, non-toxic genes and gene editing techniques to improve the resistance of potato to late blight, which would greatly improve the control ability of late blight. Using these advanced techniques for breeding has broad prospects, but at the same time, it faces many oroblems and challenges as well.
