摘要
大麻叶斑病是大麻生产上常见病害之一,主要为害叶片、叶柄和茎蔓,发病初期叶片边缘产生黄褐色小斑点,随着病情加重,斑点逐渐扩大成近圆形病斑,湿度大时叶片上布满病斑,严重时会造成叶片萎蔫甚至脱落,对麻的产量和品种造成很大影响。为了明确大麻叶斑病的病原菌种类,将从山西大麻种植基地采集到的病样进行分离纯化培养后,经形态学观察、致病性测定和ITS序列分析,与链格孢的序列同源性为100%,因此鉴定大麻叶斑病的病原菌为链格孢(Alternaria alternata)。这是链格孢在国内大麻上引起叶斑病的首次报道,为以后大麻生产上的病害防治提供理论依据。
The leaf spot on Cannabis sativa is a kind of common disease, mainly on the blade, petiole and stem. Some small brown spot in the early margin of the leaf, then the small spot into circular spots by degree. The leaves are covered with disease spots when the humidity is large. It will cause the leaves to wilting and even fall off, which has a great impact on the production of Cannabis sativa. In order to identify pathogen causing leaf spot disease on Cannabis sativa, samples of Cannabis sativa leaf spot which from Shanxi. It was confirmed that the pathogen of the disease was A lternaria alternata by morphological characteristics, pathogenicity test and molecular identification. This is the first report ofA lternaria alternate causing leaf spot disease on Cannabis sativa in China, providing a theoretical basis for disease control in Cannabis sativa production.
