摘要
从一些实证研究来看,以团体辅导形式解决大学新生入学适应问题是可行的。针对高职新生面临的自我适应、学习适应、人际交往适应等问题,笔者根据自身在高职院校开展班级团体辅导的实践经验,结合相关理论和调查研究,设计了一组班级团体辅导方案,并根据实践经验说明实施要点。
From some empirical research to see,to form the university group counseling for new problems to solve is feasible.According to the problems of self-adaptation,learning to adapt,adapt to interpersonal communication vocational freshmen facing,the author combines with own experience of group counseling in vocational college,and relevant theory and research,to design a set of group counseling classes program,and explain the implementation based on experience.
