摘要 目的分析2017年洛阳市流感流行特征,为今后流感防控策略提供科学依据。方法对2017年洛阳市流感监测哨点医院上报的流感样病例(ILI)和病原学检测结果进行描述流行病学分析。结果 2017年洛阳市3家哨点医院平均ILI%为6.07%(29 644/488 026),其中0~4岁年龄组ILI最多,占ILI总数的71.32%。3家哨点医院共采集ILI样本2 000份,流感病毒核酸检测阳性率为26.15%,检出阳性样本以新甲H1和Yamagata为主,占阳性样本的82.22%。洛阳市流感流行呈冬春季单峰特点,5~14岁年龄组是ILI阳性率较高的人群(41.97%),病毒阳性检出率男女差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 2017年洛阳市流感流行呈现暴发态势,15岁以下儿童仍然是流感防控的重点人群。 [Objective] To study the epidemiological characteristics of influenza in Luoyang City in 2017,provide scientific references for developing strategies regarding the prevention and control of influenza. [Methods] Descriptive epidemiology was used to analyze the epidemiological and etiological features of influenza like illness(ILI) in Luoyang City in 2017 which were collected from the national influenza surveillance sentinel hospital. [Results] The ILI% of three national influenza surveillance sentinel hospitals was 6.07%(29 644/488 026) in Luoyang City in 2017,the most of ILI cases were children aged 0-4 years old,accounting for 71.32% of total ILI cases. A total of 2 000 ILI samples were collected from three sentinel hospitals with the positive rate of 26.15%,the major positive specimens were H1 and Yamagata,accounting for 82.22%. The epidemic characteristics of influenza in Luoyang City showed a single peak in winter and spring. The people aged 5-14 years old had the higher positive rate of ILI(41.97%). There was no statistically significant difference in the positive rate of virus between males and females(P〉0.05).[Conclusion] The epidemic of influenza shows an outbreak in Luoyang City in 2017,and children under 15 years old are still the key population of influenza prevention and control.
