摘要
采用模拟油船货油舱上甲板环境的腐蚀试验装置,研究了Sb元素对低合金钢在含CO2-SO2-O2-H2S气体的干湿交替环境中的耐蚀性的影响。结果表明,Sb元素可以有效降低钢在上甲板环境中的腐蚀减薄量。扫描电镜的观察结果显示,含Sb钢内锈层中的裂纹少于普碳钢;拉曼光谱的测试结果显示钢中加入Sb元素后,内锈层中的α-FeOOH含量增大;电子探针测试的结果显示,Sb在内锈层中与基体接触的区域内富集;X射线能谱分析结果显示,在内锈层中Sb元素以保护性较好的氧化物(Sb2O5)的形式存在。
A simulated-corrosion test apparatus,which can simulate the upper deck condition in a cargo oil tank(COT)of tankers,was used to investigate the effect of Sb on the corrosion behavior of a low alloy steel on the condition of the dry-humid alternate environment containing CO_2-SO_2-O_2-H_2S gas. The results indicated that Sb reduced the corrosion loss of the test steels on the upper deck conditions. The SEM results showed that the inner rust layer of Sb-bearing low alloy steel contained fewer cracks than that of carbon steel. The Raman spectra results showed that the rust layer of Sbbearing steels had a higher content of α-FeOOH than that of carbon steel. The EPMA results indicated that the Sb enrichment region was the contact areas between the inner layer and the matrix. The XPS results showed that the Sb in the inner rust layer was in the form of the protective metal oxide(Sb_2O_5).
