摘要
目的 :探讨手术室护理干预预防胃肠道手术切口感染的价值。方法 :收集2016年4月至2017年6月收治的胃肠道疾病需行手术治疗患者44例,分为观察组和对照组各22例。对照组给予手术室常规护理。观察组在常规护理基础上,进行针对性的手术室护理干预。观察切口愈合情况、切口感染率、手术时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间。结果 :观察组切口愈合情况优于对照组(P <0.05),切口感染发生率为4.55%,低于对照组的22.73%(P <0.05)。观察组手术时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 :手术室护理干预对于预防胃肠道手术患者切口感染有积极效果。
Objective: To explore the value of the nursing intervention in the operating room in the prevention ofinfection of gastrointestinal surgical incision. Methods: From April 2016 to June 2017, 44 patients with gastrointestinal diseasesrequiring surgical treatment were collected and divided into an observation group and a control group with 22 cases in eachgroup. The control group was given routine nursing in the operating room. The observation group was given targeted nursingintervention in the operating room on the basis of routine nursing. The healing of the incision, the infection rate of the incision, theoperation time, the first exhaust time, and the first defecation time were observed. Results: The incision healing in the observationgroup was better than that in the control group(P〈0.05), and the incidence of incision infection was 4.55% in the observationgroup, which was lower than 22.73% in the control group(P〈0.05). The operation time, first exhaust time and first defecation timein the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Nursing intervention in the operatingroom has a positive effect in preventing incision infection in patients with gastrointestinal surgery.
