摘要
以学生的实习过程为导向,把某公司的机床构件切削加工作为学生实习课题,按照数控车削加工工艺设计的思路以及根据实训场地的设备,设计本零件的加工工艺及加工工件夹具的设计使用,把数控知识的传授和应用融合实际产品加工中,使学生了解实际的产品加工过程,能使学生把所学的知识在毕业后到企业工作的实际体现。
Guided by the students' practice process, the cutting of machine components of a certain company is taken as a student's practice subject. According to the computerized numerical control (CNC) turning process design and according to the equipment of the training site, we designed the machining technology of this part and the design and use of machining workpieee fixture, combine the teaching and application of numerical control knowledge with the actual product processing, make the students go to the actual product processing process and enable the student to apply the knowledge that they acquire after the graduation to their actual enterprise work.
