摘要
汽轮机阀门流量管理函数与实际流量特性不符,直接造成机组在阀切换过程中负荷波动大,对电力系统安全构成威胁。文章通过阀门流量特性试验解决某电厂300MW机组在阀切换过程中负荷波动大现象,将负荷波动控制在合理范围内,在同类型机组中具有较高的推广价值。
The flow management function of steam turbine valve does not accord with the actual flow characteristics, which directly causes the load fluctuation in the process of valve switching and poses a threat to the security of power system. This paper deals with the problem of large load fluctuation in the process of valve switching of 300MW unit in a power plant by means of valve flow characteristic test, and controls the load fluctuation within a reasonable range, which is of high popularizing value in the same type of unit.
