摘要
文章是作者从烟草专卖执法的角度,深入研究探讨了当前信息化时代,大数据建设对于烟草工作的帮助和推动。系统阐述了在烟草执法领域大数据建设的调研情况和背景,就大数据建设的需求方向作了深入研究和探讨,结合实践工作提出了阶段性目标和路径,最后设计了数据流、管理流、技术流的建设规划,并对如何搞好大数据建设进行了有益的探讨。
The paper is written by the author from the perspective of tobacco monopoly law enforcement, with in-depth study of the current information age and the help and promotion of big data construction for tobacco work. This paper systematically expounds the investigation, research situation and background of big data construction in the field of tobacco law enforcement, makes deep research and discussion on the demand direction of big data construction, and puts forward some stage goals and paths according to the practical work. Finally, the author designs the construction plan of data flow, management flow and technology flow, and makes a beneficial discussion on bow to facilitate the construction of big data.
