摘要
山东胶东半岛是中国近代葡萄酒工业的发祥地,葡萄酒产量占我国葡萄酒总产量的40%以上。随着葡萄酒产业发展,葡萄种类单一、产品质量不高、无区域特色等问题也逐渐暴露出来。本文以引进的11个酿酒葡萄品种为材料,观察其在胶东半岛地区的生长情况,记录了各品种生长物候期和测定了关键时期的光合指标,发现A、C和J品种在本地区生长发育不良,落花落果严重,有的甚至不能挂果;H和K两个品种生长旺盛,结实率高;且H品种果实糖含量最高,达220.4g·L-1,糖酸比例最佳,可能具有酿造优质葡萄酒的潜力。另D品种果实具有糖度高、酸度低的特点,可能不易酿酒,但可用于鲜食或制汁;K品种果实花色苷含量丰富,或可能作为染色酿酒葡萄品种。
Shandong peninsula is the birthplace of China's modern wine industry. The wine production of this region accounts for over 40% of total wine production in China. With the development of the wine industry, a lot of problems appeared, such as single variety of grape, products with low quality and without the region characteristic. Here, we introduced 11 oversea wine grape varieties into Shandong peninsula, detected their growth situation, recorded its phonological phase and photosynthetic indexes. Results shows that among the 11 wine grape varieties, the A, C, and J show bad adaptability, all the flowers dropped and could not get fruit. Other kind of grapes shows better adaptability. Moreover, the H and K present highest fruit set and strong growth. We also compared the fruit quality of each variety. The H showed the highest sugar content, achieve 220.4 g·L -1 . The H also present the optimum S/A, so it has high potential in wine making. The D variety has the characteristics of high sugar and low acidity content. Although it is not suit to brew, it can be used in fresh food or juice. The K variety has the highest accumulation of anthocyanin and can be used to coloring varieties.
