摘要
为了提高油套管接头的加工质量,解决生产中容易出现的质量问题,根据目前油套管接头常见的加工质量问题,分别从加工精度控制和表面质量控制两方面对油套管接头的加工质量控制方法进行了详细阐述。分析指出,根据工件材质、结构、性能等,确定合适的吃刀量、车削速度等工艺参数,设计结构合理的装夹工具,使用易安装、定位好且性能稳定的刀具,可提升油套管接头的加工质量。
In order to improve the processing quality of oil casing joints and solve the quality problems that were easy to occur in production, according to the common processing quality problems of oil casing joints, the control methods of oil casing processing quality from machining precision and surface quality were respectively It is elaborated. The analysis pointed out that the control method of improving the processing quality of oil casing joints mainly includes determining the appropriate cutting parameters, turning speed and other process parameters according to the material, structure and performance of the workpiece, and designing a reasonable clamping tool for easy installation and positioning.
