基于CAN总线的实木板材全自动智能指接装置设计 被引量:2

摘要 实木板材的指接是现代化木材加工的一项重要内容,国内虽然发展较为迅速,但其控制方式仍以半自动为主,且梳齿技术远落后于国外。江苏江佳机械有限公司开发研制了一套实木板材全自动智能梳齿指接装置,实现了实木板材的梳齿、涂胶、接长、锯选等多功能的融合。针对如何解决实木板材全自动智能梳齿指接装置各功能的协同作业问题,利用PLC和伺服电机,设计了基于CAN总线的实木板材全自动智能梳齿指接装置控制系统。介绍了实木板材全自动智能梳齿指接装置的总体设计方案及其机械结构,分析了装置的软硬件设置,基于CAN总线的分布式方法设计了其控制系统。本装置对150~750 mm的原料,指接后长度能达到3 000~6 100 mm,水平方向指接速度达到5. 04~10. 08 m/min,垂直方向指接速度达到12. 2~24. 4 m/min,系统可将同步误差控制在±0. 5 mm范围内。 The finger joint technology for solid wood is an important part of modern wood processing.Although it develops rapidly in China,its control mode is still semi-automatic,and the combing technology is far behind foreign countries.Jiangsu Jiangjia Machinery Co.,Ltd.has developed a set of fully automatic intelligent broaching and finger joint device for solid wood,which realizes the integration of broaching,gluing,splicing and sawing of solid wood.Aiming at solving the cooperative operation problem involved in each function of the automatic intelligent broaching and finger joint device for solid wood,the control system of the automatic intelligent broaching and finger joint device for solid wood based on CAN-bus is designed by using PLC and a servo motor.This paper introduces the overall design scheme and mechanical structure of the automatic intelligent broaching and finger joint device for solid wood,analyzes the hardware and software settings of the device,and designs its control system based on CAN bus distributed method.The device can be used for 150 mm-750 mm raw materials,the length of finger joint is 3 000 mm-6 100 mm,the speed of horizontal finger joint is 5.04 m/min-10.08 m/min,and the speed of vertical finger joint is 12.2 m/min -24.4 m/min.The system can control the synchronization error within a scope of 0.5 mm.
