摘要
基层教学组织建设是高校组织建设的主要内容。地方本科院校是我国应用型人才培养的生力军,分析地方本科院校内部权力结构,以期能更好地完善和规范基层教学组织建设制度和程序;更新基层教学组织建设理念,拓宽建设思路;扩大基层教学组织自主权,促进组织作用的发挥。这不仅是地方本科院校应用型人才培养的需要,也是地方本科院校转型发展的需要。
The construction of grass-roots teaching organizations is the main content of organization construc-tion in colleges and universities for the reason that local undergraduate colleges and universities serve as the new force for the training of applied talents in China. This paper analyzes the internal power structure of local undergraduate colleges and universities to perfect and standardize the construction of grass-roots teaching or-ganization systems and procedures, to renew grass-roots teaching organization construction concepts, to broaden the construction ideas, and to expand the autonomy of grass-roots educational organizations. This research shows that promoting the role of the organization is the need not only for the training of applied talents in local under-graduate colleges and universities but also for their transformation and development.
