摘要
目的探讨非卧床老年住院尿失禁患者使用留置尿管处理尿失禁的情况及相关影响因素。方法采用一般资料问卷、尿失禁问卷对西南地区24所二级、三级医院60岁以上非卧床住院老年患者970例进行问卷调查,并分析使用留置尿管的情况及相关因素。结果尿失禁患者199例,7.54%非卧床老年住院尿失禁患者使用留置尿管,Logistic回归分析结果显示:如厕能力、压疮是非卧床老年尿失禁患者使用留置尿管处理尿失禁的主要影响因素。结论加强医护人员相关知识的教育,通过改善患者的如厕能力、正确防治压疮等减少使用留置尿管处理尿失禁,避免非必须的使用留置尿管给患者带来的危害,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To investigate the situation of urinary incontinence and the influencing factors on non-bed elderly inpatient with catheterization. Methods Totally,970 cases onover 60 age non-bed elderly inpatient whom from 24 secondary and tertiary hospitals in southwest hospitals were investiged by general data guestionnaires and incontience questionare and analyzed the using and the related factors of placing a urinary catheter. Results There were 199 patients of urinary incontinence,7.54% of non-bed elderly hospitalized patients with urinary incontinence used catheterization.Logistic regression showed that toilet ability dependence and pressure ulcer were the main factors for non-bed inpatient with catheterization to deal with urinary incontinence. Conclusion To strengthen related knowledge education of medical personnel,improve the ability of toilet,correct prevention and treatment of patients with pressure ulcer avoid unnecessary use of harm to placing a urinary catheter patients improve the patients quality of life.
