摘要
采用双螺杆挤出机制备了聚丙烯接枝马来酸酐(PP-g-MAH),茂金属聚乙烯(mPE)两种增容剂改性的聚酰胺6(PA6),凹凸棒(AT),玻璃纤维(GF)共混物,研究了不同增容剂对共混物吸水宰及力学性能的影响;采用扫描电镜对共混物的冲击断面进行观察分析。结果表明:相容剂mPE的效果优于PP-g-MAH。加入3%的mPE。复合材料在25℃水中浸泡170h后,其吸水率比纯PA6降低了40%;40℃水中浸泡170h后,其吸水率降低了33%;拉伸强度比纯PA6提高了36.8%,弯曲强度提高了51.7%。
Polyamide 6 (PA6)/attapulgite (AT)/glass fiber (GF) blends modified by PP-g-MAH and metallocene polyethylene(mPE) were prepared by twin-screw extruder. The effects of different compatibilizers on water absorption and mechanical properties of the blends were studied. The impact section of the blends was observed and analyzed by SEM. The results show that: the effect of compatibilizer mPE is better than that of PP-g-MAH. When 3% mPE is added, the water absorption of the composite is reduced by 40% compared with that of pure PA6 after soaking in water at 25℃ for 170 h. After soaking in water at 40℃ for 170 h, the water absorption is decreased by 33%, the tensile strength is increased by 36.8% and the bending strength is increased by 51.7% compared with pure PA6.
