摘要
作为高职院校学生必修的公共课程,高职英语教学在打好学生语言基础的同时,更应注重培养学生的英语实际应用技能。ESP(专门用途英语)英语教学注重职业能力培养,因此,高职英语教学应采用以职业需求为导向的ESP教学模式,按照职业岗位实际需要进行课程内容调整,改进教学方法,培养高素质的英语专业人才。
As a compulsory public course, higher vocational English teaching focus on laying a good fundation for students' language learning and pays more attention to cultivating students' practical application skills. ESP( English for specific purposes) English teaching pays more attention to the professional abilities cultivation as the basis. Therefore, higher vocational English teaching should adopt career-oriented EPS teaching mode, adjust the course content according to the post actual need, improve teaching methods and train high ability professionals.
