摘要
悬浮剂的作用在于防止或减缓涂料中的耐火填料下沉,避免涂料形成"硬底"。通过实验研究河南锂基膨润土、凌源锂基膨润土、硅酸镁铝三种悬浮剂,不同加入量对以莫来石为骨料的醇基涂料工艺性能的影响。结果表明:随着时间的增加,硅酸镁铝的悬浮性降低最大;随着锂基膨润土含量的增加,河南锂基膨润土的流平性降低速度明显,而凌源锂基膨润土降低幅度不是很大。因此,选择一种适合以莫来石为骨料的醇基涂料的悬浮剂是凌源锂基膨润土。
The function of suspending agent is to prevent and slow down sinking of refractory fillers in coating, and to avoid coating from forming a bed of indurated sediment. Experimental researches of different levels of Henan lithium based bentonite, Lingyuan lithium based bentonite and magnesium aluminum silicate effecting on the performance of alcohol-based coatings with mullite as aggregate are carried out. The result shows that the suspension property of magnesium aluminum silicate decreases mostly with time, and with the content of lithium based bentonite increasing, the leveling property of Henan lithium based bentonite decreases sharply, but reduction of Lingyuan lithium based bentonite isn't evident. Therefore, it is more suitable for Lingyuan lithium based bentonite to be choosen as suspending agent of alcohol-based coatings with mullite as aggregate.
