摘要
【目的】探讨透明质酸凝胶联合糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗湿疹患儿的临床疗效。[A-法】选取2017年2-10月本院诊治的90例湿疹惠儿，采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组，每组45例。对照组采用糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗，观察组在对照组基础上加用透明质酸凝胶。比较两组治疗前后的皮损评分、瘙痒程度评分、血清白细胞介素4（IL-4）、白细胞介素-2（IL-2）、γ-干扰素（IFN-y）、临床疗效及不良反应。【结果】治疗前，两组的湿疹面积严重程度指数评分法（EASI）、瘙痒评分、IL-4、IL-2、IFN一7水平比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；治疗后，两组患儿的EASI评分、瘙痒评分、IL-2、IFN-7水平较治疗前均显著降低（P〈0．05），IL-4水平显著增高（P〈0．05），且观察组变化较对照组更为明显（P〈0．05）。两组患儿的治疗总有效率均为100％；观察组患儿的痊愈率64．44％、显效率28．89％、有效率6．67％，均显著高于对照组患儿的痊愈率44．44％、显效率40．00％、有效率15．56％，其差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组的不良反应率为13．33％，与对照组的6．67％比较差异不具有统计学意义（P〉0．05）。【结论】透明质酸凝胶联合糠酸莫米松乳膏能有效治疗小儿湿疹，改善患者局部皮肤损害评分、减轻瘙痒症状，提高湿疹的临床治疗效果，同时无明显不良反应发生，安全可靠，值得临床推广应用。
[Objective]To investigate the clinical effect of hyaluronic acid gel combined with amethasone furoate ointment in treating children with eczema. [Methods] A total of 90 cases of eczema children admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to October 2017 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, 45 patients in each group. The experimental group was treated with hyaluronic acid gel com- bined with mometasone furoate ointment. The skin lesion score, pruritus score, serum interleukin-4 （IL-4）, inter!eukin-2 （IL-2）, interferon 7 （IFN- %＇）, clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.[Results]Before treatment, there was no significant difference in （EA- SI）, pruritus score, IL-4, IL-2 and IFN- 7 levels between the two groups （ P %0.05）. After treatment, the EASI score, pruritus score and IL-2,IFN- %＇ levels in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment （ P %0.05）. The level of IL-4 was significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group （ P 〉0.05）. The total effective rate of the two groups was 100%. In the experimental group, the cure rate was 64.44%, the markedly effective rate was 28.89% and the effective rate was 6.67%, which were sig- nificantly higher than those of the control group, the cure rate 44.44%, the markedly effective rate 40.00% and the effective rate 15.56 %, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）. The adverse reaction rate of the experimental group was 13.33%, which was not significantly different from that of the control group （6.67%） （ P %0.05）.[Conelusion]Hyaluronic acid gel combined with momethasone furoate ointment can ef- fectively treat children with eczema, improve local skin damage score, relieve pruritus symptoms, and improve the clinical therapeutic effect of eczema, at the same time, no obvious adverse reactions occurred, which is safeand reliable and worthy of clinical application.
