摘要
[目的]建立唑菌酯原药中有效成分含量测定的快速分析方法。[方法]采用安捷伦公司1290超高效液相色谱,C_(18)色谱柱,以甲醇-水为流动相,在检测波长254 nm下对唑菌酯原药有效成分进行快速定量测定。[结果]该方法的线性相关系数为0.999 97,标准偏差为0.04,平均回收率为99.8%。[结论]该方法分离效果好、样品溶液稳定性强,同时具有快速、精密度和准确度高、线性关系好的特点。
[Aims] The UPLC method for quantitative determination of pyraoxystrobin TC was developed. [Methods] The content of pyraoxystrobin TC was determined with the Agilent 1290 UPLC, with the mixture of methanol and water as the mobile phase, and with C18 column at 254 nm. [Results] The linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 97, the standard deviation was 0.04, and the average recovery rate was 99.8%.[Conclusions] This method is fast, good separation, high precision and accuracy, and good linear correlations.
