基于QuEChERS-液质联用法测定蔬菜中农药多残留的基质效应 被引量:28

Matrix Effects of Different Vegetables in Pesticide Residue Analysis by Using QuEChERS Combined with High-performance Liquid Chromatograph-tandem Mass Spectrometry

摘要 [目的]建立同时测定蔬菜中24种农药残留的QuEChERS-超高效液相色谱串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)方法。[方法]选择空白样品做加标回收试验,考察该方法下低中高3种不同加标浓度的回收率,并探讨了该方法下豆角、马铃薯、菜芯、青瓜、胡萝卜和包菜对24种农药的基质效应,探讨了基质种类、目标分析物浓度对基质效应的影响;并应用该方法于实际样品测定当中。[结果]在2.0~50.0μg/L范围内,24种农药线性关系良好,相关系数(r2)为0.9969~0.9999,在0.05~0.2 mg/kg加标质量分数下,24种农药加标回收率为73.56%~108.24%,相对偏差(RSD)为1.20%~15.82%;6种蔬菜对24种农药均存在不同程度的基质效应(ME%),其基质效应大多数在-20%~20%之间。[结论]该方法适用于蔬菜中多种农药残留的快速检测。 [Aims] A method for determination of the 24 pesticide residues in vegetables was developed by using QuEChERS-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS). [Methods] Blank samples were selected for the standard recovery test to investigate the recovery rates at three different standard concentration. The validation, matrix effects in green bean, potato, choy sum, cucumber, carrot and cabbage, together with the influences of matrix type and pesticide concentration on the matrix effects were discussed. [Results] The linearities of the 24 pesticide residues were well in range of 2.0 to 50.0 μg/L, with the correlation coefficients of 0.9969-0.9999. When the addition levels were 0.05-0.2 mg/kg, the average recoveries of the 24 pesticides were 73.56-108.24% with the RSDs of1.20-15.82%. The matrix effects were influenced by sample matrix, and the types and concentrations of pesticides. Among the 6 vegetable samples, it showed weak matrix effects(ME) with the ME% of-20-20%. The method is simple, reliable,stable and is suited for the rapid detection multiple pesticide residues in vegetables.
