含水原油输送管道经济安全清管周期研究 被引量:1

Research on the Economical and Safe Pigging Period for Water-containing Oil Transmission Pipelines

摘要 原油管道积水不仅会降低管道输送效率,增加泵机组能耗,还会影响管道出口油水分离设备的安全运行,清管是清除管道内积水的有效措施。为了制定合理的清管周期,综合考虑管道积水量与管道下游油水分离设备处理能力之间的关系,以及清管费用、管道泵机组能耗费用和清管周期之间的关系,建立了油水混输管道经济安全清管周期计算模型,研究了模型的求解方法。以塔里木油田塔三联凝析油输送管道为例,计算得到的经济安全清管周期为73 d,为管道清管周期的制定提供了依据。 Water accumulated in crude oil pipeline not only reduces the pipeline's transportation efficiency and increases the energy consumption of oil pump,but also influences the safety of oil and water separation equipment at the pipeline outlet. Pigging is an effective way to remove accumulated water in the pipeline. In order to get a reasonable pigging period, based on the relationship between the amount of accumulated water in the pipeline and the processing capacity of oil-water two-phase separator at downstream of the pipeline, and the relationship between pigging costs, energy consumption costs of pipeline pump and pigging period, the pigging period model for oil-water mixed transmission pipeline was established. Also, the solution method for the model was proposed. Finally, Tasan condensate oil transmission pipeline was taken as an example to validate the proposed method, a pigging period of 73 days was determined, which could provide a basis for determining the pigging period for this kind of pipeline.
