摘要
目的探讨TLR9-MyD88信号通路在尖锐湿疣(condyloma acuminatum,CA)发病及转归中的可能作用。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测Toll样受体9(Tolllike receptor 9,TLR9)、髓样分化因子88(myeloid differentiation factor 88,MyD88)、干扰素调节因子7(interferon regulatory factor 7,IRF7)在正常包皮组织内、尖锐湿疣初发及复发患者皮损中的表达。结果 TLR9、MyD88、IRF7在三组中的表达差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 01)。组间比较显示,三者在CA初发组及复发组的表达均显著高于对照组(P <0. 01),但在CA初发组与复发组的表达差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。Spearman秩相关系数分析显示:TLR9与MyD88、TLR9与IRF7、MyD88与IRF7均成高度正相关关系(Vs=0. 907,0. 916,0. 876)。结论尖锐湿疣皮损中TLR9、MyD88、IRF7的表达上调,TLR9-MyD88信号通路可能参与机体局部抗病毒免疫反应,但随着皮损复发,TLR9-MyD88信号通路未能进一步激活。
Objective To investigate the role genesis and prognosis of condyloma of TLR9-MyD88 signaling pathway in the patho- acuminatum(CA). Methods The expressions of Toll-like receptor 9 ( TLR9 ), myeloid differentiation factor 88 ( MyD88 ) and interferon regulatory factor 7 ( IRF7 ) in normal prepuce tissues as well as skin lesions of patients with primary and recurrent CA were detected by streptavidin-peroxidase-biotin immunohistochemical method. Results The expressions of TLR9, MyD88 and IRF7 in the three groups were significantly different ( P 〈 0.01 ) . The expressions of TLR9, MyD88 and IRF7 in the primary and recurrent condyloma acuminatum group were sig- nificantly higher than those in the control group (P 〈 0. 01 ), but there was no significant difference between the primary and recurrent condyloma acuminatum group (P 〉0. 05 ). Analysis of Spearman rank correlation coefficient showed that TLR9 and MyD88 ,TLR9 and IRF7, MyD88 and IRF7 were highly positively correlated (rs = 0. 907,0. 916,0. 876 ,respectively). Conclusion The expressions of TLR9, MyD88 and IRF7 in the skin lesions of condyloma acuminatum were up-regulated, and the TLR9-MyD88 signaling pathway may be involved in the local antiviral immune response. However, the TLR9-MyD88 signal pathway failed to be further activated along with the recurrence of condyloma acuminatum.
