文化取向下职业教育课程本质对“双师型”教师培养要求 被引量:9

摘要 随着社会的发展与进步,国家对于职业教育提出更高的要求,尤其是在文化取向下,职业教育课程的本质更加明显和突出,"双师型"教师的培养势在必行,并且"双师型"教师的培养要求更加严格。在实际的工作中,我国"双师型"教师的培养缺乏完善的制度支撑,培训培养模式学科化,培养培训条件不足。因此,教育主管部门和教育院校必须及时进行改革和创新,需要明确"双师型"教师培养的目标定位,完善培养机制,改革现有的培训实践方式,从而培养出更多的高素质"双师型"教师。 With the development and progress of the society, China has put forward higher requirements for professional education. Especially in the cultural orientation, the nature of professional education curriculum is more obvious and prominent, the cultivation of "dual -qualification" teachers is imperative, and the training requirements of such teachers are more strict. However, actually, perfect system support is insufficient, training mode is not scientific, and training conditions are insufficient in the training of "dual - qualification" teachers in. Therefore, the competent department of education and education institution must carry out reform and innovation in a timely manner. It is necessary to define the target orientation of "dual -qualification" teacher training, improve the training mechanism and reform the existing training practice mode, so as to cultivate more high - quality "dual - qualification" teachers.
