摘要
目的分析强化护理模式配合健康教育对冠心病合并慢性心衰患者疗效的影响。方法此次研究涉及的患者例数一共为180例,其入院时间范围在2016年3月至2017年5月,采用随机分组方式进行研究,对照组的患者在治疗期间实施常规的护理干预,观察组患者则采用强化护理模式配合健康教育。结果观察组患者的有效率明显高于对照组,同时观察组患者的生活质量分值明显优于对照组,另外观察组的满意度分值为(94.35±1.33)分明显比对照组的(83.22±1.27)分高,P<0.05。结论针对于冠心病合并慢性心衰的患者,实施强化护理干预,同时再配合相应的健康教育,可提高临床治疗效果,同时改善患者临床症状,提升患者的生活质量,保证患者健康。
Objective to analyze effect of intensive nursing mode combined with health education on patients with coronary heart disease and chronic heart failure. Methods the study involves 180 cases with admission time from March 2016 to May 2017. With randomized grouping method, control group was treated with routine nursing intervention during treatment, and observation group with intensive nursing mode and health education. Results effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than control group. At the same time, life quality scores of observation group were obviously better than control group, satisfaction degree scores of observation group were（94.35±1.33）, significantly higher than control group（83.22±1.27）, P〈0.05. Conclusion intensive nursing intervention combined with health education can improve clinical treatment effect of patients with coronary heart disease and chronic heart failure, improve clinical symptoms and life quality and ensure patient＇s health.
