摘要
针对目前应用于直流场合的电阻型超导限流器电流引线向低温端的漏热量大,导致限流器设备体积大的问题,提出了直流混合型超导限流器方案。通过数值计算得到电流引线的横截面积及限流器通流时超导元件支路分流值,利用有限元仿真得到常态通流时电流引线温度分布曲线,采用温差法对电流引线漏热进行实验并得到其温度分布曲线,实验与仿真温度分布曲线一致性较高。研究结果表明:在相同电流等级下,相比于电阻型超导限流器,直流混合型超导限流器的电流引线截面积小、漏热量小,证明了直流混合型超导限流器方案能有效降低电流引线漏热、减小限流器设备体积。
In view of the large leakage heat of the current lead to the low temperature terminal of the resistor type superconducting fault current limiter(SCFCL) applied in the DC field, the equipment of the current limiter is bulky. Based on this, a DC hybrid type SCFCL is proposed. The cross-sectional area of the current lead and the shunt value of the shunt element of the current limiter are obtained by numerical calculation. The temperature distribution curve of the current lead is obtained by using the finite element simulation. The leakage current of the current lead is experimentally measured by a temperature difference method, and the temperature distribution curve is obtained. The temperature distribution curve agrees well with experiment and simulation. The results show that compared to the resistive type SCFCL at the same current level,the current lead of DC hybrid SCFCL has small cross sectional area and small leakage heat. It is proved that the DC hybrid SCFCL can effectively reduce the leakage current of the current lead and reduce the device size of the current limiter.
