摘要
凋落物分解对森林生态系统土壤碳库影响深远。笔者综合国内外近年来的相关研究成果,简述了凋落物分解过程以及研究方法,并从土壤呼吸、土壤有机碳、土壤微生物量碳、土壤碳矿化及理化性质等方面详尽分析了凋落物分解对土壤碳库的影响。针对目前凋落物分解研究现状中存在的问题,指出应用新的试验方法(如13C同位素示踪法)、对分解过程中木质素动态变化进行监测、运用多因子交叉分析方法以接近实际情况以及在大的时空尺度上研究凋落物分解等都是很有必要的。
Litter decomposition has far-reaching impact on the forest ecosystem soil carbon pool. This papersummarized the domestic and foreign related researches in recent years, briefly described the litterdecomposition process and study methods, and analyzed the effects of litter decomposition on soil carbon poolby soil respiration, soil organic carbon, soil microbial biomass carbon, soil carbon mineralization andphysicochemical properties. In response to the questions existing in the current research on litterdecomposition, we pointed out that it was necessary to use new experiment methods, such as13 C isotope tracermethod; monitoring the dynamic changes of lignin during the decomposition process; using multi factor crossanalysis to approach the actual situation; and studying the decomposition of litter in a large space-time scale.
