摘要
针对钢丝双垂线基准的检测方法,研制了带有钢丝卡槽的专用测量装置,并组合应用6部手持式激光测距仪,构建了可用于立井井筒垂直度检测的组合式激光测距系统。通过对不同深度的立井井筒及罐道检测数据的处理和相关特征参数的综合分析,获取罐道和井筒垂直度变形结果。经工程实践验证,检测方法简便易行,测量成果可靠。
According to the monitoring method of steel wire double vertical datum, developed a special measuring device with steel wire slots, and combined application of six handheld laser rangefinders, constructed a combined laser ranging system for vertical wellbore verticality monitoring.Through the comprehensive analysis of the detected data of different depths and the characteristic parameters of the wellbore, the verticality deformation results of the canister and wellbore are obtained.It is proved by engineering practice that the method is simple and convenient, and the results are reliable.
