摘要
通过对某矿5111巷产生大变形破坏的特征和原因分析,指出采空区悬梁形成的残余支承压力和坚硬顶板破断时动压影响是造成巷道大变形破坏的主要原因,并且应用了CO_2致裂技术对回采巷道坚硬顶板进行应力弱化。在不改变围岩支护强度的情况下,进行了工程试验,并且运用现场监测数据分析手段,验证了该技术在大采高放顶煤工作面,邻空巷道变形控制应用的可行性。
Based on the analysis of the characteristics and causes of the large deformation and failure of 5111 lane in certain mine, points out that the residual support pressure of cantilever beams formed in goaf and the dynamic pressure influence when hard roof is broken are the main causes of large deformation and failure of roadway, and the application of CO2 cracking technology weakens the stress on hard roof of mining roadway. Without changing the strength of surrounding rock support, the engineering test was carried out and the feasibility of the application of deformation control of near goaf roadway to open-caving mining with big mining height was verified by field monitoring data analysis.
