摘要
为促进物流用地高效合理利用,利用数据包络分析模型对全国31个省(市)物流用地投入与产出的相对效率进行测算,其次利用Global Moran’I和Gi*指数空间计量模型分别从整体和局部对物流用地利用效率的时空格局变化特征进行分析,最后运用灰色关联分析模型对物流用地利用效率主要影响因素进行探讨。结果表明:1)2009—2016年全国物流用地利用综合效率、纯技术效率以及规模效率整体上呈现波动上升态势并存在显著的空间差异;2)我国省际物流用地利用效率总体上呈现出显著的空间自相关关系,综合效率局部空间格局变化不大,纯技术效率和规模效率空间格局变化显著;3)我国省际物流用地利用效率的主要影响因素包括:城市化水平、经济发展水平、产业结构、制度因素以及交通运输水平,其中对物流用地利用效率的影响最为突出的为城市化水平和制度因素。当前我国物流用地三大效率呈现出东部>中部>西部的空间格局,且应着重以提高技术效率来实现物流用地综合效率的提升。
order to promote efficient and rational use of logistics land,the data envelopment analysis model was used to estimate the relative efficiency of input and output of logistics land in 31 provinces(cities).The Global Moran'I and Gi*index spatial econometric models were adopted to analyze the global and local characteristics of the temporal and spatial pattern of land use efficiency.Gray relational analysis model was also used to explore the main influencing factors of land use efficiency of logistics.The results showed that:1)The comprehensive efficiency,the pure technical efficiency and the scale efficiency of the national logistics land use showed an unsteady rise trend of fluctuation with significant spatial differences from 2009 to 2016.2)The utilization efficiency of inter-provincial logistics land use generally showed significant spatial autocorrelation,overall spatial pattern of comprehensive efficiency had a little change.And significant changes existed in the spatial pattern of pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency;3)The main factors affecting the utilization efficiency of inter-provincial logistics land use included urbanization level,economic development level,industrial structure,institutional factors and transportation level,of which the most prominent impacts were urbanization level and institutional factors.The three major efficiencies of logistics land showed a spatial difference in ascending orders was eastern,central,western regions in China.In conclusion,the comprehensive efficiency of logistics land should be enhanced by focusing on improving technical efficiency.
