西马煤矿瓦斯突出治理研究

摘要 为解决西马煤矿13#高瓦斯非突出煤层1304工作面瓦斯涌出量较大的问题,同时也为了降低12#煤煤与瓦斯突出煤层的瓦斯压力,对1304高瓦斯工作面采掘过程中采取了瓦斯抽放巷抽采、尾巷埋管和高位钻孔瓦斯抽采相结合的方法,主要对高位钻孔瓦斯抽采浓度及流量进行了监测。结果表明:高位钻孔瓦斯平均抽采浓度为56. 37%,平均瓦斯流量为6. 52m^3/min,风排瓦斯总量为70.33万m^3,钻孔抽放量为146.25万m^3,工作面瓦斯浓度不超过0.45%,保证了工作面的安全生产。此项研究为地质构造复杂区域非突出煤层掘进防治煤与瓦斯突出工作的开展提供了一定的参考价值。 In order to solve the problem of gas emission in 1304 Working Face of No. 13 Coal Seam in Xima Coal Mine and meanwhile to reduce the gas pressure of No. 12 Coal Seam with coal and gas outburst, the paper propose a extraction methods combining gas drainage roadway, buried pipe in tail roadway and high level borehole adopted in the mining process of the gassy 1304 Working Face, and the methane concentration and flow rate of drained gas in high level borehole are mainly monitored. The results show that the average methane concentration drained gas in high level borehole is 56. 37%. The flow rate of methane is 6. 52m3/min on average. The total volume of ventilation air methane is 703, 300m3. The drainage volume through the drilling boreholes is 1. 4625 million m3. The maximum methane concentration in the working face is no more than 0. 45%, which guarantees the safety production. The research provides some reference value for the coal and gas outburst prevention and control in the areas with complex geological tectonic conditions.
