摘要
手术室的护理工作不单纯是对外科系统疾病的治疗配合,而且是对各科、各系统疾病患者进行的具有共性的生活服务和技术服务,贯穿于患者整个住院过程的始终^([1])。手术室作为一个为患者提供治疗的特殊场所,其护理人员的职业道德修养显得尤为重要,我们必须认真地对待每一个护理环节,保证患者的安全和手术的顺利进行,促进患者身心健康的恢复。职业素质道德修养关系到患者的生命,关系到患者的健康,将安全意识、严谨的工作态度贯穿于每台手术中,切实使手术室护理工作制度化、标准化、规范化,将护理安全隐患的发生率降至最低。从而为患者提供安全、放心、满意、高效的优质服务^([2-3])。
Operation room nursing is not simply cooperation of surgical system diseases, but common living and technical service for patients in each department and system, which runs through entire hospitalization process of patients ^（[1]）. As a special place of treating patients, operation room needs nursing staffs with professional moral cultivation particularly. We should take each nursing section seriously, to ensure patient＇s safety and smooth operation, and promote recovery of patient＇s physical and mental health. Professional quality and moral cultivation is related to patient＇s life and health, it is necessary to fulfill safety awareness, strict working attitude throughout each operation, and realize institutionalization, standardization and regulation of operation room nursing work, reduce nursing safety risks to the lowest level, and provide patients with safe, satisfactory and high quality service ^（[2-3]）.
