摘要
目的探讨手术室细节护理在手术室护理安全保障中的应用效果。方法随机将2017年1—12月于该院接受手术治疗的60例患者均分为两组,对照组实行常规手术室护理,观察组实施手术室细节护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组手术室护理风险事件发生率为3.3%,明显低于对照组的26.7%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.71,P<0.05)。观察组护患纠纷发生率为3.3%,明显低于对照组的30.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.68,P<0.01)。观察组护理差错发生率为6.6%,明显低于对照组的43.3%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.67,P<0.05)。观察组的各项护理指标和护理质量评分大幅高于对照组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室细节护理可明显改善手术室护理质量,降低手术室风险事件的发生,减少护患纠纷,显著提高手术室护理安全水平,可临床采纳和推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of operating room detail nursing in the safety of operating room nursing. Methods Sixty patients who underwent surgry in the hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were ran- domly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with routine operating room care, and the observation group was given detailed nursing care of the operating room. effect. Results The incidence of nursing risk events in the observation group was 3.3%, which was significantly lower than 26.7% in the control group. The difference was statisti- cally significant（x2=4.71, P〈0.05）. The incidence of nurses and patients in the observation group was 3.3%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group （30.0%）, and the difference was significant （X2=7.68, P〈0.01 ）. The in- cidence of nursing errors in the obsmwation group was 6.6%, which was significantly lower than 43.3% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（x2=6.67, P〈0.05）. The nursing index and nursing quality score of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group, and the difference between the groups was signif- icant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The detailed nursing of the operating room can significantly improve the quality of operat- ing room care, reduce the occurrence of risk events in the operating room, reduce the disputes between nurses and pa- tients, and significantly improve the safety level of operating room care, which can be clinically adopted and promoted.
