摘要
失业保险具有保障基本生活、预防失业和促进就业三大功能。当前,保定市失业保险功能发挥仍显不足。借鉴英国、美国、日本等发达国家发挥失业保险功能的经验,从失业保险的覆盖范围、保障水平、费率标准、给付条件、支出范围等方面提出完善保定市失业保险功能的对策,以促进失业保险功能的充分发挥。
Unemployment insurance has three functions：protecting basic life, preventing unemployment and promoting employment.At present, unemployment insurance in Baoding is still insufficient. This article draws on the experience of the developed countries, such as Britain, the United States, Japan, and improves the function of unemployment insurance in Baoding from the coverage,the protection level,the rate standard, the payment condition, the expenditure scope of the unemployment insurance, in order to promote the full play of the function of unemployment insurance.
