摘要
目的分析讨论补佳乐与米索前列醇用于绝经后取环的疗效。方法方便选取该中心2013年1月—2014年12月收治的绝经后取环患者100例,按照其门诊号分为对照组和观察组,每组50例患者,对照组进行常规取环,观察组服用补佳乐与米索前列醇后取环,比较分析两组患者的环取成功率、手术时间以及出血量。结果观察组成功取除率100%高于对照组成功取出率84%,差异有统计学意义(X^2=4.146 0,P<0.05);观察组手术时间(3.8±1.4)min及出血量(2.5±0.9)mL均优于对照组手术时间(9.9±2.7)min及出血量(7.4±1.4)mL,差异有统计学意义(t=12.13、10.67,P<0.05)。结论补佳乐与米索前列醇用于绝经后取环可提高取出率,缩短手术时间,降低出血量,有很高的临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze the efficacy of Bujiale and misoprostol for postmenopausal retrieval. Methods 100 cases of postmenopausal patients who underwent surgery from January 2013 to December 2014 in the center were convenient selected. According to their outpatient number, they were divided into control group and observation group. 50 patients in each group and the control group were routinely taken out. Observation group after taking Jiajiale and misoprostol, the ring was taken and the success rate, operation time and blood loss of the two groups were compared. Results The successful removal rate of the observation group was 100% higher than that of the control group 84%. The difference was statistically significant（X^2=4.146 0, P〈0.05）. The operation time of the observation group was（3.8±1.4） min and the amount of bleeding（2.5± 0.9）mL was superior to the control group（9.9±2.7） min and blood loss（7.4±1.4）mL, the difference was statistically significant（t=12.13, 10.67, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Bujiale and misoprostol for post-menopausal extraction can improve the removal rate, shorten the operation time and reduce the amount of bleeding. It has high clinical value.
