摘要
目的:了解遵义市受艾滋病(AIDS)影响中学生的家庭功能现状。方法:采用自行设计的《受AIDS影响中学生家庭基本情况问卷》对遵义地区232名受AIDS影响中学生的家庭功能影响因素进行调查,运用家庭功能评定量表(FAD)分别从问题解决、沟通、角色、情感反应、情感介入、行为控制和总功能各维度分析受AIDS影响中学生家庭功能的基本情况。结果:受AIDS影响中学生家庭功能总分及各维度得分均高于临界值,不同性别的受AIDS影响中学生家庭功能总分及各维度得分均有统计学意义(P <0. 05),女生的家庭功能情况比男生好;监护人在外地工作的家庭功能得分高于监护人在本地工作的家庭功能得分,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);是否独生子女在总分及在沟通、角色、情感反应、情感介入、行为控制、总功能等维度上差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05),非独生子女的家庭功能比独生子女好。结论:遵义市受AIDS影响中学生的家庭功能水平偏低。
Objective:To understand the status of family function among middle school students affected by AIDS in Zunyi City. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted among 232 middle school students affected by AIDS in Zunyi area. The family function rating scale (FAD) was used to analyze the famly function of imiddle school students affected by AIDS from the perspectives of problem solving, communication, role, emotional response, emotional intervention, behavior control and total function. Results: The scores of family function and scores in all dimensions of middle school students affected by AIDS were higher than the critical value; the scores of middle school students with different genders were Statistically significant ( P 〈0.05). Among the sudents, girls had better family function than boys. The scores of family function of the middle students affected by AIDS whose guardians worked in other places were higher than those of students whose guardians worked in local areas. The difference was statistically significant ( P 〈0.05). The differences in the total scores of family functions between the only child and non-only child of the middle school students affected by AIDS were statistically significant as well as the differences in the dimensions of communication, role, emotional response, emotional intervention, behavioral control and total ability ( P 〈0.05). Family function of non-only child was better than that of only-child. Conclusion: The family function level of middle school students affected by AIDS in Zunyi City is low. The family function of girls is better than that of boys. The family function of non-only child is better than that of only child. The function of parents working in other places is better than that of parents working in local.
