直播种子和移栽嫁接苗对压砂西瓜生长、产量及品质的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Direct Seeding and Transplanting of Grafted Seedling on Growth,Fruit Yield and Quality of Watermelon on Gravel-mulched Field

摘要 本文通过田间试验比较了直播种子与移栽嫁接苗两种种植方式对压砂西瓜的生长、产量及品质的影响。研究结果表明:与直播种子处理相比,移栽嫁接苗处理显著促进了西瓜生长,主蔓长提高了30%,瓜蔓数增加了50%;同时显著增加了西瓜产量,增加幅度达到34%。偏相关分析表明,西瓜产量与西瓜瓜蔓数存在极显著正相关。移栽嫁接苗处理增大了西瓜果实纵径,但在西瓜横径和瓜心可溶性固形物两个指标上无显著差异。这说明在相同水肥管理措施下移栽嫁接苗显著促进了西瓜生长和提高西瓜产量,同时西瓜品质并没有降低。因此,移栽嫁接苗是宁夏压砂西瓜产业较优的种植方式,具有广阔的应用前景。 A field investigation experiment was performed to compare effects of direct seeding (DS) and transplanting of grafted seedling (TGS) on growth, fruit yield and quality of watermelon on gravel-sand mulched field. The results showed that TGS promoted remarkably watermelon growth compared with DS. The length of main vine was improved by 30% and numbers of vine was increased by 50% with treatment of TGS. At the same time, fruit yield of watermelon was increased significantly by 34%. Fruit yield was found to have significantly positive correlation with vine numbers by partial correlation analysis. TGS increased the vertical diameter of watermelon fruit compared with DS. However, there was no significant difference in transverse diameter and soluble solid content between TGS and DS. It indicated that TGS promoted watermelon growth and increased fruit yield and remained fruit quality compared with DS. Therefore, TGS is a better planting pattern for watermelon on gravel-mulched field in Ningxia and has broad application prospects.
