摘要
蒙古国某石英型萤石矿CaF2品位55. 98%,主要目的矿物萤石嵌布粒度较细,脉石矿物主要为石英和长石。为回收利用其中的萤石,进行浮选试验。结果表明,在磨矿细度-74μm 89. 4%、调整剂碳酸钠用量600 g/t、抑制剂水玻璃用量1 500 g/t、捕收剂油酸钠用量1 000 g/t、矿浆温度36℃的条件下,原矿经1粗6精1扫、中矿顺序返回闭路流程浮选,可获得CaF2品位98. 73%、回收率80. 05%的萤石精矿,杂质含量较低,达到优质萤石精矿质量标准。试验结果可为该萤石矿的合理利用提供一种可行的技术途径。
The CaF2 grade of a Quartz-type fluorite ore in Mongolia is 55. 98%. The main purpose mineral fluorite is finely disseminated, gangue minerals are mainly quartz and feldspar. In order to recover fluorite in the ore, flotation process test was carried out. The results showed that under grinding fineness -74 μm 89.4% ,regulator sodium carbonate dosage of 600 g/t,inhibitor sodium silicate dosage of 1 500 g/1, collector sodium oleate dosage of 1 000 g/1, pulp temperature 36 Tl , fluorite concentrate with grade of 98.73% ,recovery rate of 80.05% was obtained via one roughing-six cleaning-one scavenging sequential returning closed circuit flotation. The impurity content of the fluorite concentrate which could reach the quality standard of high quality fluorite concentrate was low. The test results could provide a feasible technical approach for the rational utilization of the fluorite ore.
