摘要
随着"物联网+"时代的到来,工农业产业链各产品的质量检测、环境监控、误差分析等,需要一种低误差、高精度的报警器件,来及时地辅助产品性能的管理与维护。论文基于该背景的需求,设计并实现了一种实用性较高的无线温度报警器系统。该系统的发射机是基于STC89C52单片机通过温度传感器来获知数据,并通过发射机上的无线射频模块来发送数据,实现无线传输;对应接收机上的无线射频模块接收到数据后,能把数据传送到接收机上的STC89C52单片机,单片机负责数据的处理和显示,具有超过指定阀值温度的报警功能。经测试,该系统具有较好的性能和较广泛的实用领域。
With the advent of "The Internet of things +",the mass detection,the environment detection and the error analysis of the productions for industrial and agricultural industry chain,all need a kind of alarm device which has small error and high precision to assist performance management and maintenance of productions timely. The thesis designs and realizes a wireless temperature alarm which has high practicability based on this need. The transmitter gains data by the temperature sensor based on STC89C52 SCM,and sends data by the radio frequency module. The radio frequency module on the receiver receives data,and sends them to the STC89C52 SCM on the receiver. The STC89C52 SCM needs to handle and display the data,and will alarm if the data beyond the data designed before. The system has better function and a wide range of practical areas.
