摘要
目的观察骨创伤治疗仪、微波治疗仪联合中药熏蒸治疗老年膝骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法将2015年7月~2017年7月我院收治的128例老年膝骨性关节炎患者作为研究对象,将其按照入院时间顺序随机分成治疗组(64例)和对照组(64例)。治疗组采用骨创伤治疗仪、微波治疗仪联合中药熏蒸治疗。对照组采用口服塞来昔布胶囊、硫酸氨基葡萄糖以及关节腔注射玻璃酸钠治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的关节活动度(ROM)、临床疗效。结果治疗组治疗后的ROM值为(127.0±1.7)°,明显高于对照组的(96.0±2.5)°,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为89.06%,明显高于对照组的68.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨创伤治疗仪、微波治疗仪联合中药熏蒸的中医综合外治法能显著改善患者的ROM,对治疗老年膝骨性关节炎更有效。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of bone trauma therapy instrument, microwave therapy instrumentcombined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treating senile knee osteoarthritis. Methods From July 2015 toJuly 2017, 128 elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis treated in our hospital were selected as the research subjectsand they were randomly divided into the treatment group (64 cases) and control group (64 cases) according to the orderof admission. The treatment group was treated with bone trauma treatment apparatus, microwave therapy apparatus andChinese medicine fumigation. The control group was treated with oral Celecoxib Capsules, Glucosamine Sulfate and intra articular injection of Sodium Hyaluronate. The activity range (ROM) before and after treatment and clinical efficacybetween the two groups were observed and compared. Results After treatment, the ROM value of the treatment groupwas (127.0±1.7)°, which was significantly higher than that of the control group ([96.0±2.5]°), and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). The total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.06%, which was significantly higherthan that of the control group (68.75%), and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Bone trauma therapy apparatus, microwave therapy apparatus combined with Chinese medicine fumigation treating senile knee osteoarthritis can significantly improve the ROM of the patients, and is more effective in the treatment of senile kneeosteoarthritis.
