摘要
大数据技术开启教育信息化新篇章,教育信息化驱动教育评价智能化,智能化使教育评价更加"智慧运行",不断向现代化方向发展;教育评价现代化驱动教育改革在精准决策上更加优化,以及教育发展在顶层设计上更加完善,不断体现教育评价应然功能与本真价值的回归、范式与方法论的转型、思维方式与实践导向的革新;教育评价现代化不断驱动教育评价专业化,进而以专业化发展水平不断驱动教育评价的科学化发展水平。基于教育评价的时代意蕴与发展前沿,理性分析大数据时代教育评价现代化与专业化发展路向,进而有效揭示大数据时代教育评价新技术推进的三种逻辑样态,即"主动跟进""深度融合"与"需求引领"。
Big data technology creates a new area in education informatization,and education informatization drives the intelligentization of educational evaluation,which makes educational evaluation more"smart"and continuously pushes it toward the direction of modernization.The modernization of educational evaluation promotes educational reforms and the optimization in precision decision-making,as well as the improvement of the top-level design of education development.It unceasingly reflects the"ought-to-be"function of educational evaluation and the return of its true value,the transformation of paradigms and methodologies,and the innovation of ways of thinking and practice orientations.The modernization of educational evaluation continuously boosts the professionalization of educational evaluation,and the professionalization continuously enhances the scientific development of educational evaluation.Based on the frontier research findings in educational evaluation,rational analysis of the trend of modernization and professionalization of educational evaluation in the era of Big Data effectively reveals three logical patterns of new technology advance of educational evaluation in the new era,namely"active follow-up","deep integration"and"demand orientation".
