摘要
随着网络社交媒体的兴盛、传统学术评价模式弊端的凸显,以及公众要求学者更多地参与公共事务,"网文"逐渐被少数国外高校纳入学术评价体系之中。在此行动中,学术协会是倡议者,它们阐述"网文"的价值,并初步确立质量评判标准;部分高校则是身体力行者,尝试把"网文"纳入教师晋升与评聘政策之中。尽管"网文"纳入学术评价体系背后有其深刻的内外部逻辑,但也面临着巨大的挑战,包括如何克服自身质量标准评价问题、打破传统的学术评价机制,以及消除大学教师的疑虑等。
With the development of network social media,the expose of the drawbacks of traditional academic evaluation model and the calling for scholars to engage more into public affairs,the social media scholarship is gradually and increasingly incorporated into academic evaluation system by a few foreign universities.In this action,academic associations are the advocator.They elaborate the value of social media scholarship and set up preliminary standards to evaluate the quality.Universities are the practitioners.They tried to incorporate the social media scholarship into the evaluation system for faculty promotion and tenure decisions.Although the incorporation of social media scholarship into academic evaluation system has its deep internal and external logic,it also faces huge challenges,including how to overcome its own problem of quality evaluation,break the traditional academic evaluation mechanism,and eliminate the doubts of faculty.
