摘要
为解决目前危险化学品在存储、领用、检验以及空瓶回收等执行环节中主要依靠纸质记录、手工操作且缺乏数据监管,管理环节存在一定的安全隐患的问题。该文提出了一种基于RFID技术的危险化学品执行监管系统的方案。通过在危险化学品包装上粘贴RFID电子标签,在执行监管系统中预先定义使用流程与约束,并在实际执行过程中对危险化学品与责任人身份信息进行数据采集,从而实现危险化学品执行过程中的事先预防、过程跟踪与数据追溯。
In order to solve the problem that hazardous chemicals mainly depend on paper records, manual operation and lack of da-ta supervision mechanism in storage, receiving, inspection and empty bottle recycling, there are some potential safety hazards inmanagement. In this paper, a plan of implementing hazardous chemicals supervision system based on RFID technology is proposed.By pasting RFID tags on the packaging of hazardous chemicals, pre-defining the use process and constraints in the execution su-pervision system, and collecting the data of hazardous chemicals and the identity information of the responsible person in the actualexecution process, the pre-prevention, process tracking and data tracing in the execution process of hazardous chemicals can be re-alized.
