摘要
针对海上油田?193.68mm套管井,设计了一种适用的电缆穿越封隔器。该封隔器提供一个生产通道,满足?88.9mm油管通径要求;包含一个旁通通道,使电缆穿过封隔器给下部电泵提供动力,一个环空排气通道和两个控制管线通道。采用二参数Mooney-Rivlin模型,对电缆密封开口胶圈进行有限元模拟,分析了不同压缩距离下开口胶圈的接触压力和预紧力。分析结果表明,接触压力和预紧力随压缩距离的增大而增大。通过试验证明了该电缆穿越封隔器结构合理、密封可靠、锚定牢固,坐封力124kN时封隔器完全坐封,常温耐压21MPa,悬挂力400kN,能满足海上油田?193.68mm套管井开发需要。
A suitable electric submersible pump packer was designed for offshore Ф193.68 mm cas ing well. The packer provides a large bore production channel which is suitable for Ф88. 9 mm tubing with a bypass section for electric cable's access through the packer to supply power to the electric submersible pump below the packer, as well as an annulus gas venting valve port and two control line ports. The two parameters Mooney Rivlin model was used to simulate the rubber ring of the cable pack off assembly and the contact stress, preload of rubber ring under different compression distances were analyzed. The result shows that contact stress and preload increases with the increasing of compression distance and the reasonable & reliable packer design in strut ture, sealing and anchoring has been verified. The packer could be completely sealing set at 124 kN setting force, resists up to 21 MPa pressure at room temperature and provides 400 kN suspen sion force, meets the requirements of offshore 193.68 mm casing well completion.
