摘要
目的探讨改良PBL教学模式在妇产科住院医师规范化培训中的应用价值。方法对2015年1月—2018年1月在我院妇产科参加住院医师规范化培训的医师共20名采用改良PBL教学模式进行临床教学,科室2名低年资住院医师参与其中,4周为一个学习阶段,结束后对所学内容进行基础理论知识和临床实践能力考核,并进行问卷调查和效果评价,了解教学效果。结果 20名住院规培医师在阶段考核中均取得了优秀成绩,80%以上对改良PBL教学模式给予了高度评价,认为其可以让每名学员都更好的参与其中,教学过程中能够促进学员积极主动地进行互动和思考,提高了学习效果。结论改良PBL教学模式有利于调动妇产科住院规培医师学习的积极性和主动性,有利于培养临床思维能力,教学效果好。
Objective To investigate the application value of the improved PBL teaching model in the standardized training of obstetrics and gynecology residents. Methods A total of 20 doctors who participated in the standardized training of resident physicians in obstetrics and gynecology of our hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were taught by using the improved model of PBL teaching system. Two Junior residents of our department participated in the curriculum. Every stage is for 4 weeks with the estimation of basic theories and clinical practice abilities in the end, along with the questionnaire and the investigation of teaching effect. Results All the 20 resident trainees achieved excellent results in the stage assessment and 80% of which offers high compliments to the improved PBL model, considering that such model enables all trainees to participate in the activities and promotes them to interact and think actively, which improves the effect of learning. Conclusion The improved PBL model can help to improve the enthusiasm and initiative of resident trainees in obstetrics and gynecology as well as their ability of clinical thinking.
