尿糖联合尿微量白蛋白对糖尿病早期肾损伤的临床价值 被引量:4

Clinical Value of Combined Testing of Urine Glucose(UGLU) and Urinary Microalbuminuria(MAU) for Early Renal Injury of Diabetes Mellitus

摘要 目的对糖尿病(DM)早期肾损伤患者应用尿糖(UGLU)和尿微量白蛋白(MAU)联合检验的价值进行分析。方法对本院2017年6月—2018年6月确诊DM早期肾损伤80例患者临床资料加以分析,将其设为观察组,另选取本院同期健康者80例设为对照组。两组研究对象均应用UGLU和MAU联合检验,对两组检验价值进行比对、分析。结果观察组UGLU检验阳性率为78.75%,MAU检验阳性率为52.50%;观察组UGLU和MAU水平(164.50±31.36)mmol/L和(11.49±1.70)mg/L均比对照组高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 DM早期肾损伤患者应用UGLU和MAU联合检验的价值较高,可提高阳性率,为疾病判断提供依据。 Objective To analyze the value of combined testing of urine glucose (UGLU) and urinary microalbumin (MAU) in the determination of early kidney injury in patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with DM early kidney injury diagnosed in the hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were analyzed and set as the observation group. Another 80 healthy physical examinee in the Hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. All patients were treated with UGLU and MAU testing. The values of testing in the two groups were compared. Results The positive rate of UGLU in the observation group was 78.75%, and the positive rate of MAU was 52.50%. The levels of UGLU and MAU in the observation group were respectively (164.50±31.36) mmol/L and (11.49±1.70) mg/L, both higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically signifcant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Combined testing of UGLU and MAU is of higher value for early renal injury in patients with DM, which can help increase the positive rate and provide basis for the determination of the disease.
