Objective To investigate the clinical application of anal plastic surgery in female patients with annular mixed hemorrhoids. Methods A total of 68 female patients with annular mixed hemorrhoids were enrolled in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018. 34 patients in the control group underwent internal ligation. In the experimental group, 34 cases were treated with internal anesthesia and anal plastic surgery. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 97.06%, which was higher than the total effective rate of the control group (82.35%). The difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Although the operation time of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the wound healing time of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically signifcant (P〈0.05). The incidence of skin edema, the incidence of dysuria and bleeding rate in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Anal plastic surgery for female patients with ring-shaped mixed hemorrhoids is benefcial to improve the effciency of surgery, shorten the healing time of wounds, reduce the adverse reactions such as skin edema, dysuria and hemorrhage, which meets the clinical needs.
