摘要 本文针对NPC三电平逆变器单相桥臂半导体器件的开路故障,通过分析其不同故障特征,对状态观测器的构建以及相应故障诊断模型进行了研究。仿真分析了故障诊断策略的有效性,籍此使学生可以直观清晰地学习基于状态观测器的故障诊断过程,帮助他们更好地理解和掌握逆变器工作原理,激发学生的学习热情和创新精神。 A fault diagnosis method based on the fault characteristic of the NPC threelevel inverter is proposed forthe opencircuit fault of each semiconductor component located at single phase leg. A state observer with the abilities of fault diagnosis is thus constructed to analyze the fault characteristic and its corresponding state space model.A simulation is then built to verify the effectiveness of the proposed fault diagnosis method. Students can learn thewhole process of the fault diagnosis by applying this simulation experiment in class. The simulation result is alsohelpful for students to understand the principle of inverter better and inspires them with passion and innovation.
