摘要
目的比较水提取液体外抑菌活性及对微生物的作用。方法采用试管法和纸片扩散法同时测定没食子和五倍子对金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、白色念珠菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、大肠埃希菌、沙门菌的抑菌作用。结果没食子和五倍子对所选菌(除沙门菌外)均有抑菌作用,没食子酸作用强于五倍子,对金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、白色念珠菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、大肠埃希菌的抑菌作用依次减弱。结论五倍子体外抑菌作用弱于没食子,但五倍子国内产量大、品质好,而没食子属外来药材,在抑菌作用方面,可考虑五倍子替代没食子。
Objective To compare the antibacterial activity in vitro of the two on microorganism. Methods The antibacterial effects of of water extracts from Turkish gall and Chinese gall and the effects Turkish gall and Chinese gall on Staphylococeus aureus, Pseudomonas aeraginosa, Candida albicans, Bacillus subtilis, Escherichia eoli and Salmonella were determined simultaneously by test tube method and Kirby- Bauer test. Results Turkish gall and Chinese gall had antibacterial effects on selected strains except Salmonella, and the effect of Turkish gall gallic acid was stronger than that of Chinese Gall. The antibaterial activity of gallic acid onStaphylococcus aureus, Pseu- domonas aeruginosa, Bacillus subtilis, Candida albicans and Escherichia coli diminished in turn. Conclusion The antibacterial activity in vitro of Chinese gall is less than that of Turkish gall. But Chinese gall belongs to domestic medicines with high yield and good quality, while Turkish gall belongs to foreign medicines. In the aspect of antibacterial activit, Chinese gall can be considered as a substitute for Turkish gall.
