摘要
在对美国社区学院信息化环境建设、教育资源服务管理和教育资源开发等信息技术应用现状分析的基础上,根据我国社区教育信息化建设的实际,结合信息技术发展中的云计算技术、MOOCs、虚拟现实和教育大数据等技术,从社区教育信息化平台搭建、社区教育资源开发、社区教育远程教育模式变革和社区教育信息化服务评价等几个方面阐述如何利用信息技术推进社区教育信息化建设,从而促使信息技术真正实现随时、随地、随需的个性化学习支持与服务,促进终身教育发展和学习型社会构建。
Based on analysis of the status of ilfformation technology- environment, education resources and services managenlent and educational resources development and other aspects in American Comnmnity College, combining with the actual construction of community education ilfformaties in china , proposing cloud computing, As a kind of ilfformation resources organization model, Cloud Computing not only provides the technical foundation of cloud services architecture,but also provides a new perspective for eomnmnity education ilfformationization; in the practice of eonmmnity education, actively making use of cloud computing technology to build an open, flexible, unified cloud services architecture in community education ilfformationization, and then putting cloud service into practice of system construction and resource sharing in community education , really realizing personalized learning services at anytime, anywhere and on demand, promoting the construction of the learning society and lifelong education.
