摘要
"食品原料安全控制"课程是应用型商科院校食品质量与安全专业的主干课程,具有商科化、实践强的特点。课程组通过研究,在符合职业化的教学目标、商科化的课程内容、结构合理的师资队伍、多样化的教学方法、开放性的实践环节及能体现综合能力的考核方式和标准等方面进行了改革和完善。
The course of Food Raw Material Safety Control is the main course of food quality and safety major of applied business school, which has the characteristics of business and practice. Through research, the curriculum system was reformed and perfected. Perfect content includes the professional teaching goal, curriculum content, reasonable structure of the business of teachers, diversified teaching methods, practice of openness and embody the ability of comprehensive evaluation method and standard and so on.
